Applicants have three options to acquire Antigua & Barbuda’s Passport through the Antigua & Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Program.

OPTION 1

NON-REFUNDABLE CONTRIBUTION TO NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND (NDF)

  • Non-Refundable Contribution
    230,000 USD

Government Fees

In addition to the non-refundable contribution, there are Government fees to be paid.

*An incremental amount of USD 10,000 from the 5th dependent onwards.

OPTION 2

REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT IN GOVERNMENT-APPROVED PROJECTS

Real Estate Investment in Government Approved Real Estate Projects. Investment Must be held for 5 years.

In addition to the required investment, the Antigua & Barbuda's citizenship program includes additional costs such as the application fee, government due diligence fee, interview fee, and other related expenses.

Timeline

Easy Steps To Your Citizenship

Step 1

Prepare and compile all necessary documents for your application.

Step 2

Submit the citizenship application file to the Government's Citizenship-by-Investment Unit.

Step 3

Upon receiving the Approved in Principle letter, make the investment and pay any applicable government fees.

Step 4

Receive your Naturalization Certificate and submit your passport application. Your passport will then be issued.

No, the Antigua and Barbuda Government does not require interviews, language tests, or prior work experience for this program.

No, you are not required to visit Antigua & Barbuda before obtaining your citizenship. However, you must visit for five days within the first five years after obtaining your citizenship. During this period, you can complete the Oath of Allegiance ceremony with all adult family members.
