In addition to the required investment, Malta's citizenship program includes additional costs such as the application fee, government due diligence fee, and other related expenses.

Step 2
Opulence Private finds Maltese properties. After signing a contract, paying fees, and showing health insurance, we submit your application. Property purchase or lease is required.
Step 3
After approval, travel to Malta for biometrics. You'll get a residence card, to be held for 12 or 36 months before applying for citizenship.
Step 4
After obtaining residency, we submit your citizenship application. A 6-month background check precedes final approval.
Step 5
Within 25 days of final approval, the remaining contribution category balance is due.
Step 6
Upon approval, provide your property purchase agreement and proof of medical coverage. Transfer property purchase funds, and pay taxes.
Step 7
You and included family members must visit Malta to take the Oath of Allegiance and receive your certificate of naturalization. Subsequently, a Maltese passport is issued.
